Oh, summer days! As the winter creeps in and the days are darker and darker, and soggier, and soggier... I do long for a bit of that golden glow! Don’t get me wrong, there are so many things about winter that I love - wrapping yourself up in layers, curling up with hot drinks and biscuits, twinkly lights - but my favourite season is autumn, probably because you get the benefits of a misty winter but still some of that gorgeous light.
Anyway, enough of my jibber jabber, at the tail end of August I caught up with this lovely family again and we spent golden hour frolicking and playing about on the heath near Pirbright, Surrey, and created these beautiful family photos together. I really do love a relaxed and natural outdoors session like this - it’s always an absolute pleasure!
